WILL TICKETS BE AVAILABLE ON THE DAY OF THE EVENT?

Same-day tickets for the morning session (10am to 12pm) will NOT be available.  Your best bet for same-day tickets is the afternoon session (2pm to 5pm). SAME-DAY TICKETS ARE CASH ONLY ($20).

IS THIS EVENT INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?

Both! There are approximately 46 vendors inside the venue and 26 vendors outside on the Christie Courtyard at the entrance.

ARE TICKETS REQUIRED FOR THE OUTDOOR PART OF THE EVENT?

Yes, you need tickets to access both the indoor and outdoor vendors. However, the time slots are for access to the indoor part of the event to help us adhere to capacity.

WILL THE EVENT HAPPEN IF IT IS RAINING?

Yes, Gluten Free Garage is happening rain or shine! (But we’re banking on sunshine.)

IS THE FOOD AT THIS EVENT SAFE FOR PEOPLE WITH CELIAC DISEASE?

Yes, everything at Gluten Free Garage is celiac safe! All of the vendors at GFG have been carefully vetted and curated to ensure that their food items and products are gluten free and safe for people with celiac disease. Not all products at GFG are certified gluten free. Some products may be manufactured in a non-dedicated facility. All GFG vendors represent and warrant that to the best of their knowledge and belief they have taken every possible precaution to ensure that their products are free from cross contact. All GFG guests must be aware of their own health situation and take precautions. As not all products are certified free from the top allergens, it is up to each individual to read labels and check with vendors before consuming or using any products at GFG.

IS THERE PARKING?

There is no onsite parking at Wychwood Barns. There is street parking around the venue and there are two Green P parking lots on St. Clair Avenue (at Christie Street and at Kenwood Avenue). If you park on the street, keep an eye out for signage so you don’t get a ticket. We recommend taking the TTC or carpooling with friends.

GETTING TO WYCHWOOD BARNS: Please make sure to check for road and/or highway closures so you can plan your timing accordingly, as there are other events happening in the city this weekend.

**Heads up: The DVP and the Gardiner are closing on Sunday for the Bike for Brain Health**

By Car: If you are coming from out of town via the 401: Exit onto Allen Road South and follow Allen Road all the way to the end. Turn right onto Eglinton Avenue West. Turn left onto Oakwood Avenue. Turn left onto St. Clair Avenue West. Turn right onto Christie Street. Wychwood Barns will be on your left-hand side, two blocks south of St. Clair, just past Benson Avenue.

By Public Transit: ST CLAIR WEST: Exit the station at St. Clair West, walk west along St. Clair to Christie St, then head south for two blocks, just past Benson Ave, to reach Wychwood Barns. CHRISTIE: Exit the station and walk or take the bus up Christie, north of Davenport, to Wychwood Barns.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY?

Tickets are generally non-refundable, but you can give your tickets to someone else if you are not able to attend. They must come during the allotted time slot that your ticket is for. There are absolutely no refunds the day of the event.

WHAT IF I ARRIVE OUTSIDE OF THE ALLOTTED TIME ON MY TICKET?

You will be able to enjoy the outdoor vendors. If the indoors is not at capacity, we might be able to let you inside the venue.

IS IT OK IF THE NAME ON MY TICKET DOESN’T MATCH THE NAME OF THE PERSON WHO ATTENDS? (ARE THE TICKETS TRANSFERABLE?)

Yes. But the person you give your ticket to must come during the allotted time of your ticket if they want to go inside the venue.

ARE THERE WASHROOMS ONSITE?

Yes, there are washrooms inside the venue.

WILL WE BE ALLOWED TO LEAVE THE EVENT AND COME BACK?

Yes, you can leave the event and come back as long as you still have your wristband on to show proof of admission and you are showing up during your allotted time slot. If you come back when it is not your allotted time, you will not be permitted to enter inside the venue.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING TO THE EVENT?

Your Eventbrite ticket on your phone, a water bottle (there are water fountains near the washrooms), sunscreen, a hat, sunglasses, a cooler bag and ice packs (if you’re buying frozen goods), a picnic blanket (optional), good vibes and A NON-PERISHABLE GLUTEN-FREE FOOD DONATION FOR THE CELIAC CANADA FOOD DRIVE.

SHOULD I BRING CASH?

If you are buying tickets at the event, it will be cash only ($20 per ticket). A number of vendors will be taking cash only. There is an ATM on the upper level of the Barns, but it’s a good idea to bring cash with you. You will need a wrist band in order to access the ATM. 

IS WYCHWOOD BARNS WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBLE?

Yes, the venue is fully wheelchair accessible. The event tends to be quite crowded, so if you are coming in a wheelchair, we encourage you to find a volunteer or staff member who can help you navigate the crowds.

CAN I BRING MY STROLLER INSIDE THE EVENT?

There will be stroller parking outside. Due to the crowded nature of the event, please leave your stroller outside by the bike rack if possible. We are not responsible for lost and stolen items.

CAN I BRING MY PET TO THE EVENT?

We love our furry friends, but pets are not allowed at the event.
